Websites and web services
for B2B and manufacturing
Task review and estimate are free, with no obligation. Based in Moscow, working with clients across Russia.
What we build
Five types of projects that manufacturers and wholesalers order most often — plus a sixth item, integrations and infrastructure, without which none of them work.
Catalog
Corporate website with a catalog
A product showcase with filters and search, product data imported from 1C, pages for product groups and search queries. A site you can show to a client and promote in search.
For: manufacturers and distributors with a large product range
Sales
Online store
Cart, payment, and delivery, stock and price sync with 1C, product feeds for marketplaces. We handle catalogs of hundreds of thousands of items and peak loads during sales.
Track record: a store with 370,000+ items and 4,000+ users a day
Wholesale
B2B portal for wholesale buyers
Contract-based personal prices and discounts, ordering from a price list or an Excel file, shipment history, invoices and accounting documents, receivables. Customers serve themselves.
The payoff: managers stop processing emailed orders by hand
Service
Client dashboard
Order and shipment statuses, documents, support requests, role-based access for the client’s employees. It connects to your accounting system instead of living on its own.
For: companies with regular customers and repeat orders
Custom
Web application or service
Product configurators, calculators, internal accounting and control systems. For when there’s no off-the-shelf solution or the existing ones don’t fit your process.
We’ve built: a frame configurator, a payment gateway, background job monitoring
Foundation
Integrations and infrastructure
1C, CRM, payment systems, delivery services, marketplaces. Server, deployment, backups, and monitoring — from the start, not “someday later.”
Note: included in the project, not sold as a separate phase
When it’s time for a new one
The site is outdated and doesn’t sell
Built years ago, awkward on a phone, with a catalog that doesn’t reflect your actual product range. Customers find it easier to call than to figure it out.
Wholesale buyers order by email
Orders arrive by email and messenger, a manager keys them in by hand, and prices are negotiated in threads. Errors and lost orders are the norm.
Your data lives apart from the site
Stock and prices are updated by hand or not at all. A customer orders something that isn’t there — and finds out only after paying.
No one can maintain the custom-built system
The developer is gone, there’s no documentation, and every change is a risk. Rebuilding on a clear stack is easier than fixing things blind.
How the work goes
The sequence is the same on every project — from a small catalog to a full portal.
Call and task review
We find out what the business is, which processes and accounting systems are involved, and what should change after launch. Free and with no obligation.
Estimate and plan
We send the scope of work, timeline, and a budget range. You can see what the price is made of and what can be moved to a second phase.
Planning and design
Structure, user flows, prototypes, and mockups. We agree on everything before the first line of code is written.
Iterative development
Every one to two weeks we show a working version on a staging server. Changes are made along the way, not at the end.
Integrations and launch
We connect 1C, payment, and delivery, migrate the data, run load tests, and set up the server and backups. The handover comes with documentation.
Support and growth
We stay in touch: monitoring, improvements, new features. Or we hand the project over to your team — the code is written to make that possible.
What we’ve already built
Projects where we were responsible for the entire development: an online store with 370,000 items, portals, configurators, and 1C data exchange services.
What we build with
An open stack with no vendor lock-in: the project can be handed over to any team — we don’t hold clients hostage with technology.
Backend
PHP and Laravel on Octane, admin panels on Filament. Fast to write, cheap to maintain, easy to find developers for.
Frontend
React and Next.js with server-side rendering, in TypeScript — the interface is responsive and the pages get indexed by search engines.
Data and exchange
PostgreSQL, Redis, queues, and APIs for exchange with 1C, CRMs, and marketplaces. The catalog doesn’t go down during an import.
Infrastructure
Docker and CI/CD, monitoring and backups from day one. Updates roll out with no site downtime.
Where to start
You don’t have to commission the whole project*How a B2B portal and a client dashboard get designed and built — in this article. right away.
First step
Task review
A call, questions about your processes and systems, and our proposed solutions. Free — you see how we think before any contracts are signed.
Estimate
Planning and estimate
A small paid phase: structure, prototypes, scope of work, and timeline. The result is yours to keep, even if you end up building with someone else.
Turnkey
The whole project
From architecture to launch and handover with documentation. A full-cycle team — no need to piece together contractors.
Why a business brings in an outside IT company
An in-house programmer or a contractor? We break down what each costs, where a team beats a single person, and when a staff developer is the better deal after all.
Already have a website?
If you don’t need a rebuild but a fix, an improvement, or ongoing support — that’s our other line of work.
